📄 Requirements
- Accomplished unified application form (online — no notarization needed)
- DTI Business Name Registration (sole proprietors) / SEC Certificate (corporations, OPCs, partnerships) / CDA Certificate (cooperatives)
- Proof of business address — lease contract, or land title / tax declaration if owned
- Occupancy permit or Affidavit of Undertaking (application proceeds either way)
- Additional national-agency licenses for regulated lines (FDA, DOE, BSP, DepEd…) — the requirements wizard lists yours
👣 Steps
- Apply online (or at the BOSS) with your lines of business and capital investment
- BPLO verifies completeness — the statutory clock starts
- Six city offices review in parallel (zoning, building, health, fire, environment, barangay)
- Receive your itemized assessment — year-1 tax on capital + regulatory fees + 10% fire code fee
- Pay online (GCash/Maya/card) or at the Treasurer's counter
- Download your e-permit with QR — inspections follow after release, prioritized by risk
💰 Fees
Mayor's permit fee by category (₱800–₱3,500), sanitary ₱300, garbage ₱500, zoning ₱300, plate ₱200, barangay share ₱500, environmental ₱200 + initial tax of 1/20 of 1% of capital + 10% Fire Code fee. Estimate yours with the fee calculator.
