About the BPLO

The Office of the City Business Permit and Licensing Officer (BPLO) processes business permits and licenses for the Bayanihan City — a first-class component city of Cavite, home to Gateway Business Park and one of the fastest-growing cities in the Philippines.

Our mandate flows from RA 11032 (Ease of Doing Business Act), the Local Government Code, and the city's revenue code. We operate a Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS) with parallel review by six city offices, so a complete application is processed in a single visit — or entirely online.

Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no lunch break closures during renewal season)
