The Bayanihan City Government processes your personal data solely to deliver business permit and licensing services under RA 11032 and the Local Government Code, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

We collect only what the unified application form requires; your data is shared only with the city offices and national agencies (e.g., BFP) involved in processing your application. Records are retained per the National Archives retention schedule.
