Business Permit Renewal

⏱ Within the day (max 3 working days)⚖ LGC Sec. 143/167/168; RA 11032

Renew your permit for the year — declare prior-year gross sales per line of business, pay, and download the reissued e-permit.

📄 Requirements

  • Prior-year gross sales declaration per line of business (sworn declaration, AFS, or ITR)
  • Business Identification Number (BIN) from your existing permit
  • Settled obligations from the prior year (unpaid quarters appear in your assessment)

👣 Steps

  1. Log in and open your renewal — your business details are pre-filled from the registry
  2. Declare last year's gross sales for each line of business
  3. The system computes your graduated business tax + fees + fire code fee — with penalties if past the window
  4. Choose annual or quarterly payment and pay
  5. Download the reissued e-permit; the BFP renews your FSIC in parallel

💰 Fees

Graduated tax on gross sales per the city revenue code (e.g., retailers: 2% up to ₱400k, then 1% over) + the standard regulatory fees + 10% Fire Code fee. Late renewal adds 25% surcharge + 2%/month interest.
